justteachers/Safe Outsourcing
Formed in 2005, justteachers has since grown into a leading supplier of permanent and supply teachers. Growth for justteachers has been rapid, with the company supplying teachers both from the UK and internationally into British schools through its network of offices in London, the Midlands, North West, Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. For teachers, justteachers has the easiest registration process in the education sector and, unlike most agencies, does not use timesheets, therefore allowing teachers to do what they do best – teach! It is through the use of advanced technology that justteachers has remained ahead of the game by being able to precisely match teachers to the right school, combined with superb payment mechanisms. Outsourcing is the obvious option for justteachers – it allows the agency to utilise cutting-edge technology with minimum input so that the agency can focus purely on growth and development – and so it chose Safe Outsourcing.

NorthgateArinso is a global company with over 6,500 staff in over 30 countries. The company’s core business is the provision of HR, payroll and pension software and services to employers of all sizes including Global Fortune 500 companies and many public sector organisations. The organisation has 90 staff and has offices in Bristol, Marlow, Stoke and London. Key customers in the UK include Royal Mail, Clarks, Pearson, Rentokil, Associated British Foods, Michelin, Boots, Vauxhall, Thomson and BUPA. The key challenge was that NorthgateArinso Pensions needed a new accounting platform to more efficiently manage its pensions funds and launch a hosted service to inhouse pensions departments. NorthgateArinso needed to find an ‘out-of-the-box’ solution that could be customised and chose bluQube.

Morgan Spencer/Safe Outsourcing
Morgan Spencer was established in 2001 and quickly became one of the fastest growing independent recruitment consultancies in London. The company is wholly committed to serving the London marketplace, supplying office and accountancy staff to a wide range of London-based organisations, ranging from Financial Times stock exchange (FTSE) 100 companies to professional partnerships, non-profit bodies, small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) and start-up ventures. A key factor to ensuring all Morgan Spencer's key philosophies were adhered to was for the staff focus to be based purely on sales and customer service. The best way to ensure this happened was to outsource all back-office functions. The company looked at various outsourcing options. The strict mandate was to find an organisation whose ethos was to offer a partnership relationship and an outsourcer who could perform the tasks required offsite, but who would also work as an extension of Morgan Spencer so full control was not relinquished. Having reviewed multiple suppliers, Safe Outsourcing was an obvious solution for Morgan Spencer.
